anehead Primitive Methodist Chapel, built in 1851 and closed in 1952. Now a private residence. A few yards down the road there was a Weslyan Chapel on Lanehead Hill corner, this was demolished in 1950. The Weslyan can be seen in the centre of the bottom photo, with the Primitive Chaple top left of the same photo.
