Burnhope Lodge
Burnhope Lodge at the far end of the reservoir. Once belonged to the Waterboard but now belongs to the owner of the shooting estate. Also rented out for private functions.

High House Farm
Another farm beside Burnhope Reservoir is High house Farm, in the centre behind Rigg House, then Far High House beyond, all derelict. Good views of the reservoir and Burnhope moors.

High Ling Riggs
High Ling Riggs used to be called Wintergap, my grandma lived here when she was a child. The road behind leads down to Irestone and forms part of the boundary between the parishes of Heatherycleugh and St.John's Chapel.

Harthope Road St John's Chapel
The houses on Harthope Road, on the St John's Chapel to Teesdale Road. Harthope burn runs just in front of them, before travelling through the village and into the River Wear.
